1. Purpose of this Project “What If I Were Grand Master?” is a personal Masonic research and listening project created and maintained by Craig Enderli. Its purpose is to gather, organize, and share ideas from Texas Masons on how to strengthen the Craft, especially at the lodge level.
This project is not an official program of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Texas and is not affiliated with any formal campaign or election effort.
2. Public Nature of Submissions
By submitting any information, idea, comment, or suggestion through this project (including forms, emails, paper cards, or any other method), you acknowledge and agree that:
Your submission may be shared publicly.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Online idea galleries
Presentations to lodges, districts, or committees
Written summaries or reports distributed to Masons
Content of your idea may be quoted or summarized in public or semi-public settings, including but not limited to:
Lodge talks and workshops
Printed or digital trestle boards. publications, and books
Educational materials
Project updates and reports
3. Authorization to Disseminate Information
By submitting information to this project, you hereby:
Authorize A. Craig Enderli Jr. to use, share, reproduce, publish, and disseminate the content of your submission (including your ideas, comments, and suggestions) for the purposes of:
Masonic research and education
Sharing ideas and best practices with other Masons
Encouraging discussion on how to strengthen the Craft
This authorization covers all formats, including electronic, print, and oral presentations.
4. Personal Identifying Information
When you submit an idea, you may be asked for personal identifying information such as:
Your name
Your home lodge (name and number)
Your email address
Providing this information is generally optional, unless otherwise noted on the form. However, if you choose to provide it, you understand that:
Your name, lodge, and/or general location may be displayed publicly alongside your idea, unless you have explicitly requested anonymity on the submission form; and
Your contact information may be used by Craig Enderli to follow up with you about your submission or related project matters.
5. Requesting Removal or Anonymization
If, at any time after submission, you decide that you would like your name, home lodge, or email address removed from public association with your idea, you may request a change to your privacy status.

Use the following subject line exactly:

In the body of the email, please include:
Your full name
Your home lodge (if applicable)
Any email address you used when submitting the idea
A brief description of the idea you submitted, or the Idea ID if you know it
What you are requesting (for example:
“Remove my name only”
“Remove my name and home lodge”
“Remove all personal contact information”)
Reasonable efforts will be made to honor your request in a timely manner in all locations directly controlled by Craig Enderli. Please understand that materials already shared, printed, or redistributed by others may not be fully retractable.
6. No Expectation of Confidentiality
You should not submit any information through this project that:
You consider confidential, sensitive, or private, or
Involves details about specific Masonic disciplinary matters, charges, or personal accusations against identifiable individuals.
Submissions are intended to be general ideas and suggestions for improving the Craft, not confidential reports or formal complaints.
7. Changes to This Notice
This Privacy & Disclaimer Notice may be updated from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the project website. Continued use of the submission forms or related project tools after any changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
